 ネブカデネザルは言った、
「シャデラク、メシャク、アベデネゴの神はほむべきかな。

神はその使者をつかわして、

自分に寄り頼むしもべらを救った。

また彼らは自分の神以外の神に仕え、

拝むよりも、むしろ王の命令を無視し、

自分の身をも捨てようとしたのだ。」

Then Nebuchadnezzar spake, and said,

“Blessed be the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed–nego, who hath sent his angel,

and delivered his servants that trusted in him,

and have changed the king's word,

and yielded their bodies,

that they might not serve nor worship any god,

except their own God.”
