さあ、わたしたちは主に帰ろう。

主はわたしたちをかき裂かれたが、またいやし、

わたしたちを打たれたが、 また包んでくださるからだ。

Come, let us return to the Lord.

He has torn us to pieces but he will heal us;

he has injured us but he will bind up our wounds.

来吧，我们归向耶和华！

他撕裂我们，也必医治；

他打伤我们，也必缠裹。
