人の子よ、ツロの君に言え、

主なる神はこう言われる、

あなたは心に高ぶって言う、

『わたしは神である、 神々の座にすわって、海の中にいる』と。

しかし、あなたは自分を神のように賢いと思っても、

人であって、神ではない。

“Son of man, say to the ruler of Tyre,

‘This is what the Sovereign Lord says:

“ ‘In the pride of your heart you say,

“I am a god; I sit on the throne of a god in the heart of the seas.”

But you are a mere mortal and not a god,

though you think you are as wise as a god.

人子啊，你对泰尔君王说，

主耶和华如此说：

因你心里高傲，说：我是神；

我在海中坐神之位。

你虽然居心自比神，

也不过是人，并不是神！
