安息日を守って、これを汚さず、

その手をおさえて、

悪しき事をせず、 このように行う人、

これを堅く守る人の子はさいわいである。

Blessed is the man that doeth this,

and the son of man that layeth hold on it;

that keepeth the sabbath from polluting it,

and keepeth his hand from doing any evil.

谨守安息日而不干犯，

禁止己手而不作恶；

如此行、

如此持守的人便为有福。
