 主よ、わたしはあなたに呼ばわります。

わたしは言います、

「あなたはわが避け所、 生ける者の地でわたしの受くべき分です。」

I cried unto thee, O LORD:

I said,

Thou art my refuge and my portion in the land of the living.

耶和华啊，我曾向你哀求。

我说：

你是我的避难所； 在活人之地，你是我的福分。
